Why is it called GunRunner?
The GunRunner hotel is located in a historic building previously used as an automobile showroom in the 1930s. (When you’re there, be sure to check out the original wood flooring throughout the common area, as well as, the lobby bar that is actually in the old car elevator.) The building also housed a pawn shop named GunRunner, which is the hotel’s namesake.
